Although not an NPO, the Andler Resource Group is a mission-driven organization that is committed to helping nonprofits and small businesses get the knowledgeable, professional support they need to move ahead.  We accomplish this through being generous with our skills and talents and delivering services in the most creative and cost-effective ways possible.

We know money is an issue for many of our clients.  So we work hard to ensure they get the maximum value for their dollars.

Like Gandhi, we believe that “We must be the change we want to see in the world.”  So we launch pro-bono, social benefit projects like Portland Local Food.com and Village PDX.org and serve on NPO boards.

We value thinking outside the box and figuring out new and creative ways to make things work.  At the same time, we value best practices and understand how important it is to be thorough, systematic, and impeccable when dealing with recordkeeping, evaluation and financial transactions.

We value collaboration and sincere and honest communication.  We also value tact, courtesy, and confidentiality.

We know “the donor is always right” (even when they’re not) and that the better your customer service and donor stewardship, the more likely you are to be successful.

We like to do more with less and to over-deliver (do more than our clients expect).  But we also believe in being fair, reasonable and respectful with deadlines and expectations.

We value our relationships and want working with us to be a positive, supportive experience.

We value success and honoring our commitments, so it matters to us that we  accomplish the goals we set together

We know there is “more than one way to skin a cat”, we’re not always right, and that things don’t always happen as quickly as we would like. So we try to be flexible and open-minded.

On the other hand, we’re not big on unnecessary meetings, too much process, or dragging things out for no apparent reason.  Time’s too precious to waste.
